I started by understanding what actually drove Perfarch's growth — a strong mix of social media marketing and word-of-mouth referrals, rooted in the business's location in Hoover, Alabama. This meant researching the local, community-driven nature of the clientele and recognizing that generic advertising language wouldn't resonate the way authentic, in-person-style trust would.
From there, I brainstormed how to translate that in-person trust into online content and landed on a strategy centered around genuine storytelling.
Rather than defaulting to generic promotional posts, I brainstormed ways to spotlight the real side of the business: actual services performed on real clients, real results, and the relationships behind them.
With that direction set, I wrote product and service copy that balanced authenticity with persuasion — highlighting real client experiences and results while still being clear and engaging enough to give people a reason to book. Every piece of copy was written to feel like a natural extension of the in-person experience, not a disconnected marketing voice.
Finally, I refined each piece to make sure the tone stayed consistently warm and honest, never veering into generic or overly sales- language, while still remaining effective at driving bookings and business.
I began making initial Facebook posts by displaying only the connection with clientele.
I displayed how the owner engaged with the community she was hoping to earn sales from.
Once the community side of things was in place, I started writing more copy to highlight the services Perfarch offers.
I kept helping the owner build a stronger presence in the communities around the Hoover area, while also promoting her services.
